i live in the state of Tennessee. A few years back i got with this girl and she inevitably became pregnant. ever since she found out she had named me the father. i was with her through the entire pregnancy and became quite excited about having a child. the child was born and the voluntary acknowledgement of paternity was signed by both her and i. the child will be 2 years old next month. ive grown so attached to her and loved her. she never sought child support but the relationship failed. recently she has accounted for her actions and is now claiming i am not the father. i am devistated. cannot sleep cannot eat. she refuses to let me see the child. i am not vindictive by any means really but i think she should have to compensate me for all im going through. its very hard and has affected my schoolwork and everything with bouts of depression. i am asking if suing for mental anguish is just and not frivolous. i dont see why it could be because she signed a sworn affadavit naming me as the father. i love the kid and id do anything for her but she has moved on in her life. i am still stuck sitting here with so many questions and so much pain. i gave that girl everything i could and now im being told its for nothing. she never had to work or pay for anything. i know i cant be compensated for what i willfully gave, but i think that i should be compensated for all i have and am enduring over this horrible cirstance. so do you think i have a case? or can anything be done.

I just came back from Kenya and it was insanely amazing. My dads side of the family is Kenyan they came there a long time ago when portuguese and Italians migrated to Malindi, my grandparents speak broken Italian and Swahili, My moms side of the family is portuguese from Mozambique and cape verde. I noticed that alot of Kenyan blacks from the Inland speak swahili but it sounds african, but when the blacks in the coast speak Swahili it sounds more arabic and more spanish/portuguese. Is it just a different dialect or is it a differnt language? when my dad says something in Swahili i can understand it but when my grandparents say something it sounds like a whole differnt language.

started having a bit of a dull pain in my lower molar on the left side two weeks ago. I've had an infection with that tooth before and it's been confirmed that I don't have it again. I started having what felt like a UTI and remembered that my dentist said that if left untreated long enough, a dental infection can spread to other parts of your body. I've had UTI symptoms for about a week with little improvement. I went to the doctor who said I don't have an UTI, with lab results as proof. However, they're now testing for any STDs and I'm scared out of my mind to find out what the results are. I've only had unprotected once and I know it takes just the one time. The thing is that the last time I had was well over a year ago and I haven't had any signs of an STD to this day. It's just the thought of it that is making me extremely worried. Is there any possible way that it could be an STD with no noticeable change whatsoever physically and energetically? If not, what could it be?

Should I get another puppy?

I have a 13 week old Eng/Am Bulldog mix (who I've had since he was 6 weeks old) and am wondering if I should get another puppy. Zorro (my dog) already knows the commands sit, come, and stand, plus he is learning down. He have very little accidents in the house, so he is doing well in housebreaking. Toenail Issues?

Several weeks ago I injured my big toe playing tennis, I'm pretty sure it was "turf toe". It hurt for a few days, and eventually the pain ceased. However, this week I have noticed the toenail a little bit loose and tonight my foot rubbed against the carpet and the toenail is completely off except for it is still attatched from the bottom cuticle. I wrapped it in bandaids, what should I do? It could probably completely come off if I soaked it in water, but if so, will it grow back, how long would it take? I'm not a legendary fan neither and even though you said you have max stats on most of them, I can see taht some of the legendaries are gonna b easy as hell to pwn. IMHO most of the movesets for the pokemons are stuffed. Look at T-tar for an indication of what I mean. Hyper beam is one of the most useless moves in competitive play and dark pulse is also not suitable as Tyranitar has very bad Sp Attack. Instead I will recommend crunch as it has the same power as dark pulse but it is a physical move. Salamance is another example. Why hyperbeam again??? Use draco meteor instead as it is stabbed. Get rid of the dragon rage and fly for something much more worthwhile. If you started again I would have recommended hydro pump as it is an egg move and perhaps dragon pulse in case you do not wish to lower your sp attack too early. DO NOT use pikachu as it can get easy pwned in competitve play. Also, stick to 1 dragon if possible, no one likes a n00b with 6 dragons in their party as Weavile is a natural dragon killer and is used very often. Mew is another one with a problematic moveset. Get rid of the metronome and transform. There is just no point with those moves and perhaps aura sphere isnt the best move either. Go to a href="http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/925601/49990" rel="nofollow"http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file…/a for better ideas of what you should use on Mew. Charizard could do with a move change too. No point of using flamethrower AND overheat on the same pokemon. Instead what I would recommend is a belly-drum set. Use Bellydrum, Substitute, Roost and 1 offensive move. Give it a salac berry and make sure your hp is divisible by 4. Sub, drum, roost and then sweep with the extra speed from salac. your Gengar has one of the strangest movesets ive seen so far. Again, it is a mix sweeper when it should just be a sp. sweeper. Give it Shadow ball and thunderbolt which covers a hell lot of types. Also give it 1 or two phasing moves (w-o-w, hypnosis etc) and focus blast. Lugia does NOT need a sky attack. All two turn attacks such as fly are not ideal as it allows a free switch in. I recommend a calm mind set with Lugia. Give it Calm Mind, Roost, Toxic and a move of your choice. As for venusaur, give it a sleep powder + leech seed combo. Seed bomb and sludge boms should b your 2 stab moves. Don't use blastoise as there are other water types that are better as long as you can b bothered leveling them up. Amaldo shouldnt b used either. Celebi has tonnes of possible strategies and I suggest you look up at the website I gave you above. Dragonite should just be a plain physical sweeper rather than mixed. Dragon dance, outrage, earthquake and another physical move should do it. There, I have covered all of them except the weezing which I cannot b stuffed rating anymore. Hope this helped

What to do about the holidays with split family?

Ok long story short. My parents have been divorced for about 6 years now. Normally they deal with it every year. We all travel up north (most of us live near or around phoenix) to prescott to my sisters house. My parents have been dating on and off since the divorce, in January they got into a fight and now won't speak to each other at all. I just roll my eyes most of the time. Well the holiday's coming up and my dad has said he might not go up north. I'm much much closer to my dad than my mom. I told my dad it's important that we all spend that day together but he keeps saying he's going to just eat at Denny's. WOW! What do I do? My husband says we will just spend it with my dad where ever or what ever that means. I hate missing out on seeing my family. Even though they live close (my mom and dad) I only see them a few times a year. Plus my other sister comes (she lives in SC). I live in the heart of pine timber country here in east Texas and I get to smell the stinking saw mills too. When they plant pine timber, they plant the trees very close together. About 7 - 10 years later, they thin the trees and use those small trees for chipping, which makes the products you are referring to. Later, they thin the timber again and do the same thing. The last timber harvest is for 2x material, plus the scraps are used for chipping. So 2/3 of the planted trees are chipped and the remaining 1/3 is for traditonal lumber. Of course, all of the above has been genetically altered to produce fast-growth timber at the expense of wood density. So our countryside has lost most of our forests and hardwoods in exchange for tree farms. Here's what you see: 500 acre clear cut, 500 acre burn and replant with erosion, 500 acres of densely packed small trees, ......thinned trees,.....thinned out again trees with lots of briars,......mature trees ready for harvest. By the way, no branches reach the mill. That is left to be burned or rot to provide nutrients for new saplings since it is not profitable to haul branches. Much is wasted, believe me.

Generally speaking, the side with the nut on it will loosen easier than trying to twist the entire bolt while holding the nut. The vice grips should hold the bold well enough. Can you get a small pipe or large box end wrench on you ratchet handle for more leverage? This usually will give you the extra leverage you need to back these nuts off.

I am really unsure of what to do for college next year and I need some advice from anyone who can help! I attended colorado state university for a year to study electrical engineering and really hated it. I didn't like the party school atmosphere or the fact that it seemed to be the drug capital of the empty quarter. I also did not like the fact that professors only cared about research and were obviously unhappy when they had to offer help. It was a bad experience. However, I'm now up to 62 credits with straight a's and have earned myself nearly full tuition in scholarships to go there again. The only school I applied to transfer to (I should have done more, big mistake) was the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. It's going to cost a ton more than CSU, especially because i can't get cal grants since I'm from colorado. I like UOP; it's very small and pretty but I'm a little unsure of Stockton itself. I don't know if I should go to CSU where I would have to pay close to nothing and accept that maybe I'll enjoy it more being away from the dorms, or go to UOP where it will cost me an unthinkable amount in loans but I'll get much more dedicated professors and a smaller school, not to mention one that's actually pretty! My ex and I are over....but we work in the same fitness center so we see each other every day. He has a new girlfriend but still tells me how much he misses me and we still do speak. Is it fair for MIL to give one DIL $2500 shower and crib and give other DIL 2 picture frames?

My MIL had three boys and two are married. She threw my SIL a $2500 baby shower at a wedding reception hall with catered food and 100 guests and also gave her a $500 crib. This isn't even her daughter, but her DIL. She gave me (the other DIL) just two picture frames (no shower) when I had my awesome daughter. When my daughter turned 1, she gave her $40 and then left for 3 hours to give SIL savings bond, two outfits and a drum toy for her unborn child. My hubby (her son) does not work and stays home to take care of our wonderful daugher while I work. I have never complained to MIL, but it irks me when SIL asks what I got from MIL and her response is always "is that it? I'm sure she'll give me more." How do I address this? 01 Nissan pathfinder check engine light came on with code p1320?

hi i have a 01 nissan pathfinder with a 3.5 liter 5 speed manual. at about 103000 miles i changed the sparks. now at alittle over 104000 my service light came with the code p1320 got it from advance auto parts diagnostics tool. it is a ignition primary circuit fault code. it also said it could be something wrong with ignition or it is a misfire which i think it is. it doesnt even idle right anymore. it seems like it wants to stall. when i accelerate the engine hesitates until about 2000 rpm where doesn do it so much but it still is alittle rough. anything under 2000 rpm it vebrates rumbles. are my coils going bad?? spark plugs bad?? what can it be i don want to take it to nissan and pay more than 500 dollars to fix when i can fix it myself?? i need help

My teeth hurt when eating fruit?

Hi ! I have a big big problem. While i`m eating fruit (cherries, oranges, strawberriesetc) , my teeth start hurting like hell. after the fruit have been eaten, whenever i try to "use" my teeth again i have again a terrible pain. Basicaly, whatever i eat after fruit make my teeth hurt. sometimes so bad, that i spend days without eating anything because of the pain. i don`t want to have a no-fruit diet, it`s not healthy. my body needs fruit, but my teeth detest them. Well, first off congrats on beating anorexia. What I would suggest is eat 1700 calories a day and try to go to the gym for an hour 5 days a week, but take off on the weekends from the gym. The way I see it, you are eating just under what you BMR would be, which by the way is the number of calories a day your body burns naturally. That way, you would lose weight, it would not be under the daily limited calories your body needs, and it would not be too rapid of weight loss...all healthy. If at first you gain a little weight, just remember that it's all muscle and it weighs more than fat. At the gym I would suggest a slow pace on the machines and low impact machines. Make sure you weigh yourself weekly so that you know you aren't losing too much weight. I wouldn't suggest losing weight because you could relapse, but if your mom thinks it would be okay, then go for it. Just make sure your mom watches you so you don't relapse and go over the top. Try low fat foods and if you get hungry for a snack really late at night or when you are in school and can't eat, chew sugar free gum. It helps distract you from your hunger and you burn off the calories in the gum just by chewing it. Good Luck!

What items do you need before you get your new puppy?

You will need to buy a dog bed, plastic is probably best at this stage as puppy will possibly chew at it. You also need a sturdy water & food bowls. Toys are a must I would suggest hard rubber as again puppy will chew. A lead & collar with an ID tag on. A good quality puppy food, dry food is best, a packet of treats to help with training & some chew bones to keep puppy occupied. When housebreaking a puppy it is best to put down either newspaper or puppy training pads. Put them where you are happy for pup to do it's business. Don't put it too close to it'd bedding or feeding area. When they go on the paper give lots of praise, it they miss & go elsewhere never tell off or rub pup's nose in it. Just remove the puppy from the room & clean the mess with a biological detergent to remove the odor. When puppy urinates on the paper keep a little bit of that paper there so the smell remains & he/she knows they are allowed to go in the area. When puppy is going on the paper every time start to slowly move the paper toward the door so eventually you will put the paper outside & finally remove the paper altogether.He/she will then ask at the door to go out. Be patient it will take a while. Good luck x

It's possible, although I've noticed that people gravitate more towards myspace because it was the very first site like this. The free music thing could be a major perk for some users though. I wonder how they man handled Universal into signing with them. They must have offered them some pretty sweet deal for them to all of a sudden do a 360 and sign with imeem. I think everyone has a little different experience with low bg's. I get a fluttery feeling in my chest and arms and my legs get very weak. I also get intense hunger. They say the longer you are diabetic, the less you notice the low bg's. It can also make you act irrationally. I think we all have our individual things that happen.

Horse Problem?

I have 2 quarter horses, 17 & 21. The 17 yr old is dominant. When I put blankets on them for the very first time, the 17 yr old began herding the 21 yr old, making him gallop around the field off and on for an hour or so, which he has never done prior to wearing the blanket. And when I took them off, he stopped herding the older horse. Is this due to the blankets? Or is he just expressing his dominance in a new way?

Is a 2 yr. old too young to take the bit?

ok my tobiano paint filly just turned 2 on may 12 and she is doing great now on lead and i just don't know what else to do with her right now and when we tack up to ride she comes in and she like follows me around trying to get me to bring her along which we occasionally but when i had an extra bridle in my hand she came up and started nibbling at the bit so i decided to try to put it in to my surprise she willingly took and so i let her walk around for like 5 min the the bridle and bit on, but im worried if she is too young to have the bit in yet. also she tries to get me to put the blanket on her so its like she WANTS to ride, but i know she is still too young and id defiantly not done growing and probably wont be done till she is 4 so should i bridle her up occasionally and if so what would i do with her to teach her to neck rein from the ground?

My dentist keeps badgering me to get this crown or that implant even though I keep telling him that I can't afford it. Then, he badgers me to start saving my money so I can get my first crown in one year, a second crown the second year, and so on. I have temporaries instead of crowns. They last two or three years. I tell him I'll just get another new temporary, if necessary. He says that's not good enough. I have debts I want to pay off before I get the crowns and implant he says I need. He says, "You're health is more important than paying off debts". I have to have my teeth cleaned every six months, which is when he starts badgering me again. He is such an excellent dentist, and I do not want to change to a different dentist. But, enough is enough! Why can't he understand that some of his patients are not rich like he is!?

In the state of Tennessee: My mother in law recently died. About 8 years ago, my husband and I built a house (that is not deeded) on her property that she had promised to my husband upon her death. In her will she went back on that and gave my husband (her son) living rights to his (our) house and property. Upon his death, her will states that the house and property will go to his oldest son. My first question is, the property is currently in my mother in laws name, will that go into my husband's name until his death and then go to his son's name or will it go directly into his son's name? My next question is, who is responsible for taxes on the property now? Next, I do not have any relationship with my stepson and I believe that he will expect me to move upon my husband's death. Is there a "set number of days" that I will have to move should I outlive my husband? I'm almost positive half of the people who read this question wished that they could have started at age two, but I think alot of us don't realize how hard it is to be at your level. Right now, Im not sure if your mom does either. I think she understands some, but only you know how hard it is. I think alot times parents try to live out their dreams through their children. But, If you're not enjoying it, I think it's time to talk. Tell her how you feel. Let her know that youre not going to completely stop skating, just tone it down. But remember when you talk to her no whining or yelling. The more mature you sound, the more of a chance she will listen. Someone else suggested a letter, and I think that it a great idea.If she doesn't listen see if you can compromise somehow. Also, if you decide to stop competitively figure skating and you do it more for fun, you're going to disappoint her. But, there is really nothing you can do about it. She will eventually come to realize that you're happy skating for fun. She will eventually learn to accept your decision. Maybe talk to your coach first and tell him/ her how you feel. It will be hard, but he/she may be able to help you to confront your mom. But remember, you have a chance of making it to nationals or olympics. I'm almost positive that is every skaters dream. Think back to when you used love it, now think about how you feel now. Would stopping the competitive route make you love it again or in a few months or years regret your decision. Think about it, pray about it, then go talk to your mom, even if you decide to keep skating competitively- you might be able to to talk to your mom about loosening up a little. But whatever you choose listen to your heart... Either way tell your mom how you feel, and never give up no matter what you decide :) good luck

Lets take for example the power of prayer. Its a win-win situation for believers. Whenever a prayer is answered, they jump about proclaiming the joys of god, but when a prayer is ignored, they jump about proclaiming the mysteries of god. God was created by man. Everything we know about god was formulated by man. So how can we know what god wants from us? All we have is word of mouth, and people are dedicating their entire lives to these sentences written on paper about a supposed being that wants them to do these certain things and will reward them. When you really think about it, its absurd. It just seems like some religious people will believe more in these stories than actual scientific facts. I bet if I wrote some nonsense down now about how I created the universe and spread it amongst the populace I'm certain I could find a few followers. And hell, maybe hundreds of years later other people will have forgotten how stupid it sounded and follow it too. The fact is, there is no evidence of god. I believe there are about 3,000 known supreme deities, all of them stories which have fallen in and out of fashion as time progressed. The gods we worship today are pretty much the remains of an extensive oral and written tradition which originated thousands of years ago, in a time when people were really gullible. and i mean really gullible. Whenether we don't all stray away from faith is beyond me, maybe some people need to have this comfort in their lives, maybe some people are afraid to realize that maybe they themselves hold the power in their life, and that there is no watchman up in the sky watching their every move, rewarding them with stupid things like money and fame while others starve. I personally thing religion is needed in this world. it keeps people in line, and establishes a moral ground. While I agree maybe one day we can finally toss aside this raft and get to the other end of the river, the reality is religion is going to be around as long as humans can come up with this stuff.

Its not the wrong medication. In the clinic where I work, Metronidazole is prescribed everyday and I have even taken it for BV myself.. It comes in pill form and the gel form (which is what I use, same as you.) A lot of medications are used for different things. Like the ingredient in Rogaine that grows hair...it was first used for high blood pressure. You will be fine, but make sure you use all the medication you are supposed to or you run the risk of not entirely getting rid of the infection.

Because a lawnmower is used for only an hour or two to complete the job, and spends most of the time unused, it lends itself to using a stored power supply such as gasoline, OR AIR! To the engineers out there I ask: Is it even feasible to have a lawnmower powered by compressed air? The weight of the air reservoir wouldn't weigh much more than a full gas tank and ociated motor. My 1998 Honda Foreman 400 won't shift down into neutral!!!?

My 1998 Honda foreman 400 can't shift down into third gear (doesnt even try too like in neutral shifting down) it is a manual shift(by the foot) and 4th and 5th gears shift perfectly. Also cant start it unless its in neutral witch is a problem if im going to take it anywhere to get repaired.
