Did I do the right thing. And Do I mention Drunken antics at a "party"?

I'm best friends with a girl And on new years we spent it together "With like 2 other friends" During said meeting she got tipsy. And sorta. Showed her self to me and ask to, Do it basically. I turned it down and carry her to her room and wouldn't her drink under fear she would do it again, Now. I am sort of racked with regret. I'd never done it before. Although I know its wrong. And i knew i REALLY wanted to (I was also drunk).So i feel like i missed something. How ever i know i would do the same thing again. I just need to know. Do i mention she offered me, And what I did. Or should i keep it under wraps
