My Landlord came into my house unanounced and now things are missing...What can i do?

Recently i decided to move from my appt.I want to say that we were not being evicted or i didnt tell my leasing office that were moving. So we moved into the new place on Friday. But we didnt move all of our stuff. we were ther monday and we didnt come by on tue. Wed when we came the door was Padlocked. We spoke with the leasing office and they sd they will unlock the door when we were ready. We asked for them to unlock it fridays. When they did we notice things missing out of the house. They sd they didnt do it. I know that if they never came into my house nothing would have been missing... what can i do?
