Which one is better- cream cleanser or any normal foaming/facial cleanser?

i have combination skin. its my nose that gets oily most of the time. i am under the sun a lot, so i sweat a lot too. my lifestyle is a hectic one, i face a lot of stress. i need a cleanser that can help with my whiteheads. any recommendations? preferably neutrogena, st. ives or simple.
