What types of planes do Army Rangers use...?

I'm doing a paper and was researching the Army Rangers. When the Rangers go on special missions with a relatively small group, what planes do they use to jump from? Through research I've found that the C-130 Hercules or C-17 Globemaster III with the C-130 being the main one for such jobs. But with missions of jumping behind enemy lines, do they still use such a large craft for a small squad? And thanks ahead of time for your answers!
