Should I get another puppy?

I have a 13 week old Eng/Am Bulldog mix (who I've had since he was 6 weeks old) and am wondering if I should get another puppy. Zorro (my dog) already knows the commands sit, come, and stand, plus he is learning down. He have very little accidents in the house, so he is doing well in housebreaking. He loves being around other dogs when we go on walks, and is a pretty friendly fellow. People have recommended it because English Bulldogs can stubborn and need to adjust to having another dog at a young age. I am thinking about adopting a er Spaniel/ Lhasa Apso mix from the shelter who is 7 weeks old. Will this work, and if so, how should I do it?
