Is this a fair trade?

ehhh, its not good, but its not horrible.....portis is not gonna be a starter when he gets back, he'll get a hand full of carries and p blocking duties at best.....torain is still the front-runner to be shanny's horse going forward and should get 15 plus carries a game and all of the rushing tds as long as hes healthy....
