HELP i cant get losen these bolts off my car?

Generally speaking, the side with the nut on it will loosen easier than trying to twist the entire bolt while holding the nut. The vice grips should hold the bold well enough. Can you get a small pipe or large box end wrench on you ratchet handle for more leverage? This usually will give you the extra leverage you need to back these nuts off.
