Why did he never call?! So annoyed!?

Okay....so there was this guy i don't really know him but we have met, said hi couple of times, hinted that we are both interested. He works with my friend and i guess he thought i was cute or something and decided to get my number BUT never called. Why?!!? Did he chicken out!? what is it!? im so annoyed. Why would he get it and not ever call or text me?! grrrr. guys suck!
