Question about Target's clothing?

Over the last few months, I've noticed Target's clothing is getting kind of trashy, low quality and more expensive. A purse there costs like $10 more than about a year ago! The materials seem cheaper and it looks like Wal-Mart stuff. Is this going on nationally because I used to love Target's stuff? I hope they get back to their normal things. What do you think about this tragedy?
