Pluging in a non-vtec harness into a v-tec ecu both odb1?

OK. i got a 95DX hatch im putting a y8 v-tec in. my harness is odb1 but non-vtec. i need to know what pins to move to make it work. i have a p28 ecu.and what do i need to wire the solenoid and ivac into. please help. need answers within two days. thanks
