How long does it take the Pill to clear up pimples? ?

Hi, I've been taking the pill brenda 35 ED, as recommended by my doctor, because it helps with acne. I've been on the active pills now for a week, just wonder from your experience how long it took before your skin cleared? I havn't noticed a difference yet. Thanks.
