Steering wheel cover loose not snug?

i got a mossy oak steering wheel cover from walmart, and put it on the steering wheel on my 82 dodge power ram w150. it fits good, just is loose. it will slide unless i have a tight grip on it. is there a way i can make it fit snugger? blow dry it?
