I would have to say no. Your Wikipedia link states that it could "mildly" be related to the Ganesha story. I believe that they make that connection simply because it is a father and son fighting each other and each unaware of who the other is. But if you continue reading the clinical explanation of the complex, you realize that the true nature and cirstances of the story do not fit. So, no, Lord Ganesha did not have an Oedipus complex.
