Okay, So im 14 15 in 4 days, i weigh 73kilo and i am 179cm tall, i have rock solid abs a smaller chest good sized arms and tri's, ive always only thought to take 'musashi' protein but people say theres better, i want something that will put muscle on me in m..and i also want to stay away from getting a belly like ronnie coleman loll, can anyone make me up a thing on what protein to take and what food to eat? 10 points guaranteed
