Who should i start? earl bennett, devery henderson?

im in a non ppr league .. im having trouble picking one to start as my third wr. bennet atleast stays consistent and gets around 50 yards per game or so.. but then henderson either plays huge or doesnt show up but hes going up againts miami def which sux. any advice?
