Teaching Your Children to be Multilingual?

I am eight and a half months pregnant with my second child and already have a two year old daughter. I'm from Brazil and speak Portuguese, while my husband is Italian/Hungarian and speaks Italian and Hungarian. My husband and I would really like our daughters to learn to speak our languages, but aren't sure how to go about it. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you go about it. We speak to our daughter in different languages, but we aren't sure if it's confusing her or not. Thanks in advance.
