Why are we so narrowly focused on this presidential election?

I have many other concerns other than economic. What about the youth and the older citizens? I want something done about meth. and the abuse of children due to its use. The internet and rampant ual abuse of our children. Who is looking out for the domestic issues in a failing government system that can not oversee everything now? No more Federal government intervention. It is time for states to do their duty.
