My computer had corrupted sectors, what do I do?

I ran Hitachi Drive Fitness Test on my drive because everytime I installed windows I was getting errors, the Windows XP pro was a pirated version. Then I got a hold of a Genuine Version, I installed it, but it was telling me I couldnt install the drivers until I did an update of the windows files (the genuine didnt have any service packs). Well after I did that I was getting errors again BSOD'S!! So I ran the test it said corrupted sectors, I decided to use the "wipe" utility and wipe the drive. I then ran the test again and it said no problems found. Is that the case or is it just "hidden" and its not recognizing it?
